Refund policy

 

Due to the natural properties of our product we can not accept returns of any kind.

Once your order has been dispatched from our location, no refunds will be admitted. 

The only instances exempt from this are orders that arrive damaged or incorrect. 

 

Damaged/Defective Orders:

If your order arrives defective or damaged, you have 7 days to notify us in order for it to be rectified. Any claim that is received after 7 days will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@chioschew.com. Please quote your order number, full name and reason for the return request.

If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how to return your package. Once we receive your package, providing it meets the return conditions (i.e. unused and unopened), we will process the refund via your original payment method.

Please note, we are not responsible for processing times for the return funds to reach your account. Depending on payment method, some financial providers can take up to 30 days to return the funds to your account.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

Duties and Import Taxes

As the customer, you are responsible to pay any duties or import taxes issued by your country. Any parcels returned to us due to non-payment of import fees are forfeited. 

 

Exchanges

We do not provide exchanges of any kind. 

 

European Union cooling off period

Orders shipping to the European Union are not exempt from the no-returns policy, due to the perishable and consumable nature of our product.
